Additional information about rental rates:

Owner's Cancellation Policy :
All cancellations needs to be in writing.
Should tenant cancel 61 days or more prior to the first day of rental period, reservation deposit=Down payment is refundable minus a $200 administration cancellation fee for daily or weekly stay. monthly stay $400 cancellation administration fee..
In case of changes of original reservation with new available arrival departure date 61 + days before arrival requested by the tenant, an administered fee of $100 will be charged, which becomes due at the time of receipt of the new written reservation confirmation with new available arrival-departure dates.
C. Should tenant cancel 60 days or less prior to the first day of the rental period, the rental deposit of as stated in 2A Is forfeited, but other rental deposits if any should be returned. Should tenant cancel 30 days or less prior to the first day of the rental period, the total rental amount becomes due/forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented to another party for the same rental period and price in this case only the rental deposit as stated in 2A is forfeited.
D. The Owner reserve the right to substitute the rented accommodation to a similar and or a upgraded accommodation at any circumstances, that may occur and that are beyond our control.
We recommend our Guest to purchase a travel insurance from any of the Vacation rental websites. That would cover any loss of cancellation.

It’s the fully responsibility of the guest to read the electric meter at arrival and departure ; pay for their own electric usage at the day of check out. We pay the electric company $0.14 per KW-Hour. Guest have an electric allowance of 20% OFF.
