This spacious vacation home has everything you need for your family and friends to get away from it all & spend quality time together! Enjoy a long sun filled day by the pool or the beach and relax on the outside patio! The backyard is excellent for entertaining with multiple sitting areas for socializing, as well as lounge chairs for sunbathing. Enjoy day or night as it has plenty of outdoor lighting. Bring your boat (Dock fee) or rent a boat in the area. You can even fish off of the dock! 90 feet of deep-water dock space (38 ft available if you would like to bring your boat)is ideal for boating, fishing & outdoor entertaining- “Boat Lovers Paradise”- just a couple minutes from the Intra-coastal waterways and ocean access to the Hillsboro Inlet. There is a covered porch seating area with a flat-screen TV and outdoor surround sound speakers. If you are in the mood for grilling out, enjoy a BBQ poolside with outdoor gas or charcoal grill provided. Enjoy happy hour with a conveniently located beverage refrigerator! There is also another wine cooler off of the kitchen with an industrial wine bottle opener mounted on the wall! A must see!

There is a cabana bath off of the kitchen- very convenient for when your guests are enjoying the outside pool area!

The kitchen is gorgeous! All the items you will need to cook a fabulous meal for your guests! All the finest high-end stainless steel appliances, sub-zero refrigerator.

The master suite with King size bed opens up with sliders to the patio and has a flat screen TV. It has a new mattress and linens of the highest quality. Walk-in closet is spacious and organized with extra hangers and shelves. Master Bathroom is en-suite with a marble walk-in shower and dual sinks.

Bedroom #2 has 2 full-size beds with new mattresses and the finest linens. Bedroom #3 has a King size bed also, with new mattress and high quality linens. Both bedrooms have new 40” Samsung flat screen TV’s.

Bella Vacanza has a living room with new queen sleeper sofa with a 4in memory foam mattress and love seat. It even has a massage chair to help you relax upon arrival! A well-equipped kitchen with service for 12, pots & pans, blender- because everyone needs a frozen umbrella drink on vacation! Complimentary conveniences such as Wi-Fi, garbage bags, paper towels, dish washing detergent, & dish soap are provided. No need to pack dirty laundry- there is a brand new washer machine & dryer. There is also plenty of parking in the driveway.

Head out to the many local great restaurants in the area or stay home and BBQ. Propane is also provided for your convenience along with grilling tools and brushes.
