Villa Melina's ideal location, with direct water access and new boat dock, allows you to reach the Caloosahatchee River by boat in minutes. Kayaks are available for use. You should definitely rent a motorboat separately. 

Also the beach and the pier of Cape Coral, as well as shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike in a few minutes, even by foot.

On the spacious property, bordered by tropical plants and palm trees, the longed-for vacation mood comes up immediately. 
Have breakfast in the morning sun, sunbathing in the spacious heated pool, have a BBQ in the evening or end the day comfortably on the boat dock! 

The house with 1937ft of living space is fully air-conditioned and with three bedrooms and two new bathrooms, can accommodate up to 6 people. 
In the modern, new kitchen with breakfast counter and the adjoining dining room with TV, nothing is missing.

On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches.
