"Karadise" is 1 mile from the blue waters and white powder sands of Anna Maria Island. Beyond the pristine Beaches, the area is home to 3 nature preserves for walking, biking, birding and kayaking.
You will appreciate the quaint shops and dining on Anna Maria Island, named one of the Sunshine State's "10 Best Secret Beaches" by USA Today and one of only four "Old, Classic Florida" destinations by the Wall St. Journal, or find even more vacation activities in downtown Bradenton. Downtown offers a fantastic nightlife on Old Main Street and a beautiful walkable riverfront park for family fun. Marina Walk has easy access to both the Sarasota and Tampa airports.
"One Particular Harbor by Margaritaville" offers resort-like amenities with a heated pool, splash pad, gas barbeque grills and playground for the kids. Assigned, covered parking is available for these units.
Inside "Karadise" you will find your very own vacation haven. Having been recently built, the units have all new furnishings and interiors. Enjoy cottage chic decor with navys, aquas, and corals in "Karadise" along with coastal Florida flare.
The main living space offers a fabulous open floor plan for entertaining your group. In the living room you will enjoy a flat screen TV and large sliding glass doors that completely open to an large screened lanai. From the lanai, you can take your first sips of coffee in the morning while enjoying expansive views of the lagoon and the mangroves and marshes that comprise the area.
The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. Seat up to six guests in the more formal dining area or three can enjoy a snack at the kitchen breakfast bar. It doesn’t matter – all will appreciate the same scenic view.
The three bedrooms are on opposite corners of the condo for maximum privacy. The Master bedroom has views of the lagoon, mangroves and marshes, a king size bed, TV and large walk in closet. The master en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity sink. The second guest room has a queen bed, TV and en suite with a tub/shower combo. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds and TV. Its bathroom entry is in the hallway and also has a tub/shower combo. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper-sofa.
If you like fishing, this is the perfect place. The Gulf of Mexico is an awesome body of water for fishing that surrounds most of Anna Maria Island. If offshore deep- sea fishing is your goal; Barracuda, Grouper, King Mackerel, Snapper, Cobia, Key West Grunts, Porgies, Sharks, Trigger Fish, Spanish Mackerel and many other species are found off Anna Maria Island depending on the season.
