Welcome to the largest unit in the complex, it boasts two bedrooms plus a queen sofa bed with an air mattress for extreme comfort, 1 bath, fully equipped and newly renovated with new tub, shower wall and fixtures. Granite counter tops kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and plenty of windows that make it bright and airy.
There is a king size bed in one bedrooms, 2 twin beds in the other, and a queen size - air matteress sofa bed (very comfortable).
Renovated and decorated with a fun nautical theme. TV in every room and FREE Wi-Fi. Full kitchen, washer and dryer in units, and well stocked including beach chairs and beach towels.
The beach is a less than 1 minute block down the street. A large heated pool completes the fun package or a wonderful vacation experience. Parking is free! WiFi is free!
Right across the street is the City of Clearwater Recreational Complex that encompasses a water park, a marina which is visible from the condo, tennis courts, basketball courts, library and additional parking for your guests.
Within walking distance you can select from an extensive number of restaurants of all kinds, grocery stores, pharmacies, and entertainment. Let's not forget the ice cream shops and the coffee specialty shops.
Stop by our office to pick up brochures and discounts to everything the beach has to offer, or for a larger selection, visit the Tourist Welcome Center on Pier 60, 4 blocks South of the condo. From renting bicycles, to boat rides and everything in between, we have it.
