On entering our beautiful home you can appreciate how spacious this home is, the formal lounge and formal dining room are to the right and are perfect for that quiet time for reading or for the guest that needs to work and keep in touch with the office. To the left is the stairs to the second floor.

Walking through this fabulous home to the rear of the house you then enter the family lounge which is comfortably furnished with ample seating for up to ten people, has a TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal etc. There is a breakfast room and breakfast bar has ample seating for ten people. The patio glass sliding doors by the breakfast room lead out onto the east facing fully screened patio area, the pool & spa has ample patio furniture to help you acquire that important Florida suntan.

Continue back through the kitchen & breakfast room, to your right is a half bathroom with toilet and wash basin, with pool door access, to your left is the laundry room with washer & dryer, iron & ironing board. Access to the garage is through the laundry room.

The garage has been converted into a games room which has a foosball table, pool table & dart board with a music stereo, table & chairs.

All of the bedrooms are upstairs; at the top of the stairs to the left is the loft with sofa bed, music stereo & game console.

At the top of the stairs is the master king size bedroom with TV and ensuite bathroom with roman tub, separate walk-in shower and two vanity units.

The second double bedroom has a queen size bed & shares the second bathroom with the third & fourth twin bedded bedrooms.
