Beyond the pool is a boat lift and a canal nestled among mango, banana, mangrove and lime trees. An outdoor area and gas grill complete the poolside hideaway. The canal which feeds into Estero Bay can provide you with countless hours of fishing opportunities.

The masterbedroom contains a ceiling fan, TV, alarm clock, slider patio doors with direct access to the covered lanai. The master bath has dual sinks, a wall of mirrors and a separate toilet and shower area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The formal dining room seats six comfortably. There is also additional seating on the screened in lanai. Your friends and family will have plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing in the large open living room, kitchen, dining area. Enjoy peace, tranquility and ocean breezes in our tropical paradise, stroll the beach, then jump in our refreshing canal side swimming pool. This is a duplex so you would be renting both sides!!  Mom and Dad and kids in one side with grandparents or aunts and uncles on the otherside!  Or you rent the whole house with friends, privacy but FUN!
