The interior of our executive villa has been professionally designed and furnished to an exquisite standard. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and is fully loaded with all the basics and more! The property is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in the main living areas and master bedrooms.The pool is 28ft x14ft on an extended deck area with brand new high end patio furniture. The King Master Suite is decorated in a very traditional style,with a King size bed and a 48 inch television with DVD player.The en-suite bathroom is enormous!With his and her vanities,the bathroom also has a full garden tub,separate shower stall, and a separate enclosure for the lavatory. The Queen Master Suite has a queen size bed and 32 inch LCD flat screen TV with build-in DVD player.The en-suite bathroom in the Queen Master bedroom has a single vanity unit and shower. The games room supplies hours of entertainment for all ages with a billiard, foosball, and ping pong tables.Pool toys as well as basketballs, volleyballs, and tennis rackets are provided and many more.

What kids love the most is our newly renovated pool, the dolphins in the pool, the pool toys , the kids rooms with lots of Disney movies.

Hampton Lakes of Davenport is a premier 448 home community conveniently located on US 27, in Polk County (just North of I4 and South of US 192).
