Comfortable with everything we needed.
Previous reviews have stated it pretty well - Quiet area with lots of places to walk. Pool is a couple hundred feet away, very clean and water was warm. The place itself is older but was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. Even chairs and sand toys for the beach (~15 minutes to Ft Myers). Grocery and restaurants close by. Elizabeth was very nice and a great host.Kim M.

Great, clean rental
The condo was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped and has seating for six people in the dining area. The master bedroom with attached bath is huge, and the other two bedrooms are nice sized. This unit has its own private garden patio area with a gas barbecue and flowering tropical plants. The swimming pool is nearby, the water was warm and clean, and the people are very friendly. The marina is about a 10 minute walk away and has beautiful sunsets. The owners were very responsive when we lost Wi-Fi due to a brief 1-minute power outage. We highly recommend this condo. We have already rebooked for next year.Noelle P.
Charming condo!
We've been coming to the gulf coast for over 15 years. We stayed here as we hunted for a home in the Ft. Myers area (not anticipating Ian).The condo feels more spacious than its 1400 square feet. We had plenty of room to spread out. Jodie keeps the place beautiful by her description of how to care for the furnishings and appliances.The condo is nicely appointed with quality pieces. It is meticulously clean.We didn't get to explore the neighborhood as much as we'd like, however we used the next-door pool to relax.We would be thrilled to return and hope the neighborhood has not been too badly affected by the hurricane.Sean W.
Best owners to rent from
We rented July-October 2022. Owners are the BEST. We were renting when the hurricane hit, but had evacuated. They came before and secured everything. When we returned 2 days later, the owners had cleaned up everything the day after the hurricane, and had put all the furniture back out on the patio. They even called to let us know the rental was ok and we could return! Great size bedrooms. Clean with a beachy theme. Location can not be beat! Kitchen has everything you could need! Great stay!
This was the perfect location for an extended stay. Quiet, safe neighborhood, full kitchen, nice pool, great location. The townhouse was supplied with everything we needed. Elizabeth and George were responsive and helpful when we experienced an Internet issue (out of anyone’s control).
